Construction: cells are constructed entirely of high-quality stainless steel. All fittings and tubing are high-quality stainless steel.
Safety and Design Features Door safety switches: Each generator or module is equipped with a safety interlock switch to prevent severe electrical shock. The switches will not allow the doors to be opened while the unit is in operation Soft start: All generators are equipped with a soft start function which prevents the power from coming up too quickly. This function extends the life of the dielectrics. Heat sensors: A thermistor circuit in the generator senses the temperature of the cells on the ozone out side of the system. If any cell reaches a preset temperature, the generator will automatically shut off and provide a visual indication that the cell has overheated. Water, feed gas pressure and water pressure sensors: These sensors provide assurance that there is no water in the cabinet, and that the feed gas and cooling water are working within their operational parameters. The generator will not turn on unless each of these functions is within the correct range of operation. Should any of these functions fall out of the correct range during operation, the generator will automatically shut down and provide a visual indication of the fault.
