To learn how to manually install the drivers for the Datakey Keylink III Reader click here. You will need to do this step manually if for some reason the drivers do not load automatically. You can tell if your software is operating normally by ?????????????????????????????????

You will need to know your operating system (Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows Vista) and if your system is a 32 bit or 64 bit. This information can be found from the desktop press F1 and search for system information or go to the control panel and click on system.

Click here to download the latest version of the Data Management System (DMS) -- 2.09 10/23/2011 -- just choose to save the file which is named Stargate.accdr to the location of your installed SG4000 software. For many people this will be: C:\SG-4000 . When asked if you want to replace the file click yes. This will replace your current file with the latest version. You will need to restart the Datakey Keylink III Reader for the change to be complete.
